Food Truck Vendors

The 8th Annual North Carolina Fall Festival is scheduled for Saturday, October 19, 2024. Festival hours are 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and the Board of Directors invite you to be a part of this wonderful one-day festival!

 The deadline for booth applications is October 7, 2024.

Booth space is limited, and applications are reviewed immediately, provided appropriate fees and materials are included.

We do not hold booth space for incomplete or late applications.

Each space applied for is $300.00 per 10′ x 20″

Any application turned in past October 7 will have an additional fee of $25.00.

The Board of Directors can and may limit both the number and types of vendors to allow for the greatest possibility for profit for everyone. The prompt return of your application and required paperwork is appreciated. Confirmation of acceptance and information you will need to participate will be e-mailed upon approval.
 All fees are due at the time of registration with check or money orders made payable to the NC Fall Festival and mailed to 101 North Main Street, Raeford, NC 28376.

 Online invoices can be emailed with additional service charges. Cash payments will only be accepted at the NCFF Office at which time you will receive a receipt of payment. Those paying with check or money order will be mailed a receipt with confirmation of acceptance.

  1. Food vendors may sell carbonated drinks.
  2. All vendors must have a 2-A10-B fire extinguisher.
  3. Vendors using cooking equipment with grease must have a 2-A10-Band Class K portable fire extinguisher, or you will not be allowed to cook.
  4. Secure compressed gas containers to prevent falling.
  5. Local and State Fire Requirements for Food Vendors will be enforced. If you would like a copy of what will be required/inspected by Health Department Officials and the Fire Marshall Terry Tapp at 910-875-5150. Food truck/trailers must comply with state/local fire codes.
  6. Vendors will be assigned a designated space and notified of location prior to the festival.
  7. Food truck space is 10’x20′, ( a 20′ safety space will be between each food vendor) all with food prep and cooking must be done INSIDE food truck/trailer; no grease or liquids are allowed to leak onto pavement.
  8. Towing vehicles must be parked in city parking before 8:30 AM.
  9. MENU AND PRICES MUST BE DISPLAYED AT ALL TIMES.
  10. Setup begins at 6:00 AM, with vendors in their assigned space by 8:30 AM; All sales end at 4:00 PM, when festival ends, and will not be allowed.
  11. Vendors are responsible for trash disposal in designated  areas and ensure their space is clean prior to leaving.
  12. All Generators not attached to the truck/trailer must be placed on the ground without trip hazards to the public. Festival does not provide electricity.
  13. Submission of application does NOT guarantee acceptance into the Festival. If you are accepted you will be notified by email. Vendors will have 10 days (after the acceptance email is sent) to send 100% of the vendor fee. If full payment has not been received within 10 days, the vendor location will be released to the other food vendors.
  14. Please include trailer/truck specs on the application.
  15. The festival committee reserves the right to shut down vendors for violations and future participation in the NC Fall Festival will be denied. If you are asked by the Health Department, Fire Marshall or NC Fall Festival to shut down, no refunds will be permitted.
